Privacy Policy

STARFX ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and what control you have over it. Plain language, no legal fog.

What we collect

When you sign up at starfx.io or any of our pages (e.g. starfx.io/dominik), we collect:

• Your name — used to personalise our communication with you.
• Your email address — used to send you the STARFX onboarding sequence and ongoing updates relevant to the platform.
• The page you signed up on (the "source") — used to attribute your sign-up to the right Introducing Broker (IB) partner.
• Engagement data — opens, clicks, and link interactions inside the emails we send you, so we can keep our communication useful and not noisy.

We do not collect financial account numbers, identity documents, payment details, or any other sensitive personal data on STARFX surfaces. All of that lives with StarTrader, our regulated broker partner, when (and only when) you choose to open an account there.

Why we collect it

• To onboard you to STARFX: explain the platform, walk you through the steps, send relevant updates.
• To attribute your sign-up correctly to an IB partner where applicable — this is part of how STARFX operates as a strategy provider under StarTrader's Introducing Broker framework.
• To improve the experience: knowing which emails resonate helps us send fewer, better ones.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, sell to third parties, or market unrelated products.

How we store it

Your contact information is stored in ActiveCampaign, our email service provider. ActiveCampaign is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certified. They process your data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.

Aggregated, anonymised page analytics are collected via Vercel Analytics for performance and audience insight. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not personally identify you.

We use Google Fonts to load typefaces — this means your browser may make a request to Google's servers when you visit our site. No cookies are set.

Who we share it with

• StarTrader — only when you choose to open a broker account using one of our personalised IB links. From that point, the broker relationship and any financial data lives between you and StarTrader directly, governed by their own terms and privacy policy.
• No one else. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Your rights

Under GDPR (and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions you may be subject to), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold on you — just email us and ask.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data entirely (the "right to be forgotten"). One email and it's gone.
• Take your data with you in a portable format.
• Object to how we use it.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@starfx.io. We respond within 30 days, usually within 1–2.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you stop receiving emails from us. We do not require you to give a reason.

Children

STARFX is not directed at people under 18. If you are under 18, do not sign up.

Geographic scope

STARFX is not available to residents of the United States. This is a regulatory decision and is enforced at the application layer of the platform.

Cookies

We do not use any tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. We use minimal essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g. preserving your language preference). You can decline these in your browser settings without losing site functionality.

Updates to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email and post the update here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance.
